Few kilometres away from Shimla, Hatkoti is almost an architectural wonder. It is a stone temple devoting Goddess Mahishasurmardinian. In April month a fair held in the temple which is the main attraction.
To beat the heat of Delhi, Visit Sangla- a small town between Karcham and Chitkul. The beautiful valleys wearing snow cap looks majestic. Camping in the valleys can add adventure to your trip. You can get a tent on rent. Other attractions around this place are Rakcham, Kamru Fort, Trout Farm and Sangla Buddhist monastery.
5. Brij Ghat:
It takes 3 hrs to reach Brijghat. It comes on the way to Garhmukteshwar. This is the place where you can see a clean Ganga. You can see many Sadhus in orange colour at this holy place. Pilgrims taking dip in the river and praying. Localities put their shop over here, selling many products.
Want to see bountiful nature? Visit Dhanachuli village, 26 km from Bhimtal. It is a small village, enjoy the fresh and pleasant weather and the orchards with mountain view here. Adding to Panoramic view you can go to Chauli ki Jali, Bhaalu Gaad waterfalls, Mukteshwar Dham, Ghorakhal Golu Devta Temple and Victoria dam
