I mean the villages of the state, not famous but worth visit. To have a close look at another side of Himachal Pradesh, here are the 4 villages where you must go.

1. Malana

It is a small village in Kullu district. It has a historical background saying that people of this village are actually the descendants of Alexander the Great. This village has its own administrative laws, very similar to the Greeks system. The village has Chandrakhani and Deotibba peaks as their roof. You can reach here by hiring a cab from Kasol. It will drop you to a point from where you will have to trek for approx 2 hours to reach the village. You can enjoy the pleasant weather with scenic beauty.

2. Kheerganga

Located in the lap of Parvati valley, Kheerganga is another village in Kullu district. Go to Barsaini, from here start trekking. It will take 4 hours to reach your destination by trekking. People say that Lord Shiva inhabit here and meditated here for thousands of years. The main attraction is the hot spring, that is said to have healing power. You can get refresh in this hot spring water.

3. Hamta 

If you want to relax in the lap of nature, come to Hamta village. It is 2 km away from Manali. This village is in the deep valley with lush greenery, snowy clouds, the calm Beas River and the peaceful mountains. All these things will make you fall in love. Simple tea will taste much better with nature aromatic feel.

4.Jalori Jot

This place is not less than a famous tourist destination. While your stay in this village, you can go to the beautiful Sareyol lake. There is a temple near this lake, dedicated to Old Serpent Queen. On another side, you can visit an ancient fort. You can enjoy the local delicacies with the beautiful cool weather.
